Luzira Inmates Honour Spice Diana With Best Humanitarian Award

Singer Spice Diana has received the Best Humanitarian Award from inmates at Luzira Upper Prison in recognition of her charity work and kindness toward others.

Success Reagan Mugalula, a former inmate who recently completed an eight-year prison sentence, presented the award to the singer at the airport shortly after her return from China.

According to Reagan, inmates at Luzira Upper Prison selected Spice Diana for the recognition because of her generosity and positive impact on people’s lives.

Unable to afford a traditional glass trophy, the inmates crafted their own award and entrusted Reagan with delivering it to the singer.

The gesture also came with an invitation for Spice Diana to attend the inmates’ upcoming Independence Day concert.

Touched by the recognition, the singer promised to keep the award in her office and said she would visit the inmates in the near future.

Moments like these motivate me. It means a lot to know that people appreciate what I do.
