Spice Reveals Plans To Build Lasting Music Connections In Uganda

Spice has embraced Uganda with nonstop energy ever since landing in Uganda, and now the dancehall star says she wants to build lasting musical connections in the country.

The Jamaican dancehall singer made the revelation during an appearance on Sanyuka TV’s Uncut following her visit to Next Media earlier this week.

While speaking during the interview, Spice admitted that Uganda has already won her heart, something she says pushed her to start looking at collaborations with local artistes.

I have fallen in love with Uganda, and I want to leave a mark here. I am open for collabs I want to build something lasting with Ugandan artistes. If any artist out there wants a collab, come, let us create magic together.

And it looks like one collaboration is already taking shape.

Moments after opening up about working with Ugandan artistes, Spice revealed that she is currently cooking up a new project with Ugandan musician Fik Gaza.

From media appearances and charity work to viral social media moments, Spice’s visit has quickly turned into one of Uganda’s biggest entertainment talking points this week.
