Cindy Recalls Time She Nearly Came to Blows With Bruno K

Cindy Sanyu has revealed that tensions during the clash between the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) and the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) once got so high that she nearly got into a physical fight with fellow singer Bruno K.

Speaking on Galaxy FM, Cindy said the conflict happened about two years ago during heated meetings between the two groups.

We do not have issues anymore, but for two years we were actually at each other’s necks, to the point where we almost had a physical fight with Bruno K.

She explained that both sides strongly disagreed and no one was willing to back down, which made discussions very tense.

They despised us so much, and we also did not want to listen, so that caused a clash between us.

Cindy said the situation was later controlled before it turned physical after senior industry leaders stepped in.

She added that the disagreements eventually ended after leaders, including Eddy Kenzo, held talks and agreed to work together.

Despite the heated moment, Cindy said she has never actually been involved in a real physical fight.
