Gloria Bugie Explains Why She Avoids Female Collaborations

The dispute between Cindy Sanyu and Omega 256 over “See You Tonight” continues to generate conversation in music circles, and Gloria Bugie believes the situation carries a lesson for artistes.

Speaking on Next Radio, the singer said many collaboration problems begin when artistes rush into projects without properly preparing for what comes next.

According to Gloria, musicians should take time to understand who they are working with and ensure their management teams agree on important issues before a song reaches the public.

I do not know what happened, but I believe their managers should have sorted all this out before the release.

Her comments then took a more personal turn.

Gloria revealed that she generally avoids collaborating with female artistes because she feels such partnerships often involve what she described as “too many tantrums.”

That is why I have not worked with a woman yet. I just do not like women’s tantrums and sh*t.

Rather than focusing on the disagreement itself, Gloria used the moment to highlight what she sees as a bigger issue in the industry: artistes often overlook the groundwork needed to make collaborations succeed.

I do not have any advice for you. Make research.
