Tyla has shared details about her uncomfortable experiences meeting Rihanna during recent Met Gala events.

Tyla recalled greeting Rihanna at last year’s Met Gala before the conversation quickly ended as the music icon turned her attention elsewhere.
The singer said the short interaction left her feeling awkward and unsure about approaching Rihanna again in the future.
She also reacted to a viral clip from this year’s Met Gala that showed her standing nearby while Rihanna interacted with others.
According to Tyla, she decided against walking up to Rihanna because she did not want to disturb her during the event.
Even with the awkward encounters, the Water singer said she still admires Rihanna and hopes they can one day have a relaxed conversation together.
