Was It Intentional? AgaNaga Explains King Michael Concert Clash
What some fans are calling a concert clash was never supposed to happen.
Kalifah AgaNaga says the Nassanga Festival only ended up on the same date as King Michael‘s concert because fans pushed him to bring the event forward.
The singer had originally scheduled the festival for August 29 following the viral resurgence of Nassanga on TikTok.
As excitement around the song grew, supporters urged him to move the event closer.

We changed the date because the fans were demanding it, saying the festival was too far away and they could not wait. They asked me to bring the festival closer while the song is still trending, so I decided to respect their request.
The new date, August 1, happens to coincide with King Michael’s concert, sparking conversation about a possible showdown between the two artistes.
AgaNaga insists that narrative is misguided.

We have different audiences and we are in different directions. Uganda has over 40 million people. Everyone can get their people.
He also rejected any suggestion that there is tension between him and King Michael.
I have no issues with him and there is no bad blood.
Rather than viewing the situation as a battle, AgaNaga told Sanyuka Uncut that both events can succeed.
