Brian White Questions Doctor’s Bail in Caroline Nalubwama Death Case
Socialite Bryan White, born Brian Kirumira, returned to Makindye Chief Magistrates Court on April 16 as proceedings continue in a case linked to the death of Caroline Nalubwama.
Reports indicate that Nalubwama sustained severe burns in a fire incident. She later died at the hospital.
During the session, Brian White expressed frustration and questioned the court’s decision to grant bail to the doctor who reportedly handled the case.
Why was this doctor given bail despite the circumstances surrounding the death?
The court told him that he also has the right to apply for bail through the proper legal channels.
Meanwhile, the deceased’s father, Ssalongo Tom Mutyaba, revealed that he spoke with Bryan White after the incident.
He said the socialite apologized and asked for forgiveness.
He told me it was an accident and not intentional.
Despite this, Mutyaba remains dissatisfied with the doctor’s release and says the decision raises serious concerns.
He has since written to relevant authorities and requested a thorough review of the case.
