Nancy Isime Says Financial Pressure Steals The Joy From Marriage

Nancy Isime believes financial pressure causes more problems in relationships than many people care to admit.

The actress shared her thoughts on marriage and money during an appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast, where she explained why she considers financial stability an important part of family life.

When rent is due, school fees cannot be paid and there is no food in the house, it is difficult to have a fantastic life.

Isime said financial challenges can overwhelm couples and make it harder for them to enjoy their marriage.

While discussing the issue, she also made it clear that she does not see marriage as a solution to poverty.

Marriage is not a poverty alleviation scheme but I do not believe marrying a poor man can make you happy.

Even so, the actress stressed that her comments should not be mistaken for a rejection of love.

I am not saying there is no love without money. But love and fantastic life are not the same.

She urged intending couples to prepare financially before taking on the responsibilities that come with marriage and raising a family.
