Sandra Naxx Shares Why Romance With Alien Skin Is Off the Table
Singer Sandra Naxx has once again dismissed speculation that she is romantically involved with fellow musician Alien Skin.
The rumors have persisted for some time due to the pair’s close friendship and successful musical collaborations, including songs such as “Kapati” and “Nepanka.”
However, while appearing on Music Taxi, Sandra made it clear that their relationship is strictly based on friendship and not romance.
He is not my man. He is just a longtime good friend.
The singer also explained why she believes a romantic relationship between them is unlikely.
According to Sandra, Alien Skin sees her more as a daughter than a potential partner.
He cannot even hit on me because he is a Ssalongo [a title in Buganda culture given to a father of twins] and I am Nakato [the name given to the younger of female twins]. Another thing, I am like a daughter to him. That is why when he talks about me, he refers to me as his daughter.
Sandra went on to reveal that Alien Skin does not fit the qualities she looks for in a romantic partner.
The pair have worked closely together under Fangone Forest and their chemistry has often fueled speculation among fans.
Despite that, Sandra has consistently maintained that their relationship is based on friendship, mentorship, and music.
