Sheebah Reveals Reason for Podcast: “My Baby Needs to Know the Truth”
Sheebah Karungi, also known as Queen Karma, has stepped into podcasting with a bold and deeply personal message.

The Ugandan singer launched her podcast Let’s Talk About It on April 29, 2026, and the first episode is already sparking conversation.
Titled “This Might Trigger You or Heal You,” the debut tackles self growth, healing, and the weight of public narratives.
It also answers the big question many have been asking: why now?
You might be wondering why now? I am a mother. I have to rewrite all the wrong stories you have ever written about me. They were all false. Now I am here to speak for myself.
Sheebah ties her decision directly to motherhood and the need to protect her child from misinformation.
But beyond that, she reflects on the uncertainty of life and how recent experiences have forced her to think about what she might leave behind.
I have been seeing people dying, and dying is a very uncomfortable topic, but it is real. So God forbid, I do not know my time, I am not allowing my child to grow up listening to false information about his mother, so I am going to do this for my child.
The mother of one makes it clear the podcast serves as a record, one that her child can always turn to for her truth, in her own voice.

If he ever has any question about me, about mummy, he will know where to go, to this podcast, because I am going to be honest. I am going to share his story, my story, our story, because this is our life, and then my baby will never have to question his story because his mama told him the real story, not you, not anybody else.
The episode drew mixed reactions.
While her Sheebaholics have praised her honesty and openness, critics have questioned the approach, with some pointing to its raw tone and timing.
Still, Sheebah remains firm about her purpose and the audience she truly cares about.
For her, this is not about public approval, but about responsibility, both as a mother and as a public figure whose story has often been told by others.
She also hinted that the platform will grow beyond her own experiences, opening the door for others to confront and clarify their own narratives.
My baby needs to know the truth about his mother, not just rumors and a lot of allegations and so many damaging things that people say about us. I am here to clear that, not just me, but to clear all my fellows who I am going to be hosting. We will be clearing us, not to prove a point or seek your validation, but so our children, our family, and our real fans can know the real us.

Sheebah Karungi welcomed her baby boy, Amir, on November 24, 2024, in Canada.
Since then, her journey into motherhood has taken center stage, shaping both her personal life and creative direction.
This new chapter fuels her podcast, shaping it into a reflection of the life she is building and the story she wants her son to grow up knowing.
