Jowy Landa Alleges Violence During Time Under Former Manager Francis

Jowy Landa has opened up about what she describes as the worst management experience of her career, alleging violence during her time under former manager Francis.

Speaking on UBC TV, the singer said she has always been open to management deals that help grow her music career, but claimed her working relationship with Francis eventually became difficult.

She contrasted the experience with her previous management arrangement with DJ Roja, which she said ended smoothly after the agreed contract period.

For Roja, the deal was three years and I moved on. But for Francis, I just chased him away. He was a bad guy.

According to Jowy, the situation became more complicated when Francis allegedly expressed a desire to marry her, blurring the line between business and personal matters.

She also alleged that there were incidents of violence during their time working together, though she declined to provide specific details.

I do not want to go into details, but a lot of things happened. It was the worst management for me.

While Jowy Landa chose not to elaborate on the incidents she referenced, she maintained that her time under manager Francis remains the most difficult management experience she has faced in her career.
