Kylie Jenner Faces Second Lawsuit Over Alleged Workplace Harassment
American businesswoman, media personality, and socialite Kylie Jenner is facing fresh legal trouble after a second housekeeper filed a lawsuit over alleged workplace harassment.
Juana Delgado Soto filed the case on Wednesday at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She lists claims of harassment, race discrimination, unpaid wages, and failure to address misconduct.
Soto says she started working for Jenner in May 2019 but did not receive proper meal or rest breaks. She claims the situation worsened in 2023 when her supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, allegedly mocked her accent and immigration status.
Soto reported the issue, and management briefly reassigned Sibrian. However, Soto says the supervisor later returned and continued the behavior. She also claims Sibrian reduced her pay, assigned unreasonable tasks, and repeatedly changed her schedule.
Soto says her supervisor also threatened to fire her when she refused to stay late on her birthday.
She later wrote a complaint and left it for Jenner, but staff warned her and told her not to contact Jenner again. The filing also states that staff instructed her to avoid interacting with Jenner completely.
The lawsuit does not accuse Jenner of directly taking part in the alleged harassment.
