Lwasa Says Life Improved After Returning to Christianity

Masaka businessman Emmanuel Lwasa has opened up about what he describes as a turning point in his personal and spiritual life, revealing that things have started improving since he embraced Christianity and stepped away from Islam.

According to Lwasa, returning to his Christian faith has brought him peace after a turbulent period marked by financial challenges and illness.

Life is getting better these days since I made this decision to return fully to God.

He described his current situation as more stable and hopeful, adding that his renewed faith has helped him navigate some of life’s toughest moments.

Lwasa also credited Pastor Samuel Kakande with playing a significant role in his spiritual journey, saying a prayer session at Kakande’s church helped him find relief from the burdens he had been carrying.

Pastor Kakande prayed for me and I felt a burden lift off my life. I was free from the pressure that was weighing me down.

He added that attending church and committing to prayer have helped him regain emotional balance and a sense of direction.

Reflecting on the hardships he endured, Lwasa revealed that only a handful of people remained by his side during his darkest days.

During my bad days of losing money and the sickness I went through, only one person really stood by me. I don’t want to mention them because I value their privacy.

While he chose not to identify the individual, he emphasized the importance of gratitude and discretion as he continues rebuilding his life.

Lwasa also weighed in on reports of tension in the relationship between Shakib Lutaaya and Zari Hassan, encouraging Shakib to remain patient.

Shakib should stay strong during this season; Zari will surely come back. He just needs to be patient and ready.

The businessman expressed confidence that the challenges facing the couple are temporary and believes reconciliation remains possible.
