Ritah Dancehall Rejects Claims of Romance With Awilo Longomba
Congolese music legend Awilo Longomba sparked excitement after revealing plans to work closely with Ugandan dancer Ritah Dancehall.
While performing in Mbarara on Easter Sunday, Awilo announced that Ritah could join him on international stages, including the Afro Nation Festival in Portugal.
He went further, hinting at a bigger opportunity, saying he could sign her to his Star Records label if she continues to work hard.
As their working relationship grows, speculation has followed, with some fans questioning whether their connection could be romantic.
But speaking on Sanyuka Uncut, Ritah shut down the talk, saying her progress comes from her conduct and work ethic.

Addressing her time in London with Sheebah Karungi, Ritah said Awilo visited her during her stay, a move that drew attention on social media.
She, however, pushed back on the narrative, clarifying that he was not behind the trip and dismissing claims that she lived with him while there.
He did not take me to London. Sheebah took me to London, and he stays in London. So he drove his expensive car and came to see me there. He came to check on me, and he also gave me some money and a perfume.
Ritah also touched on talk of a possible collaboration with Awilo and Sheebah, keeping details private but hinting at something in the works.
