Why It Is Hard for Celebrities to Commit, Blaqbonez Shares Insight
Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has shared his thoughts on love and relationships, suggesting that everyday people may have an advantage over celebrities.
Speaking on the Ada’s Room Podcast, he explained that people with regular routines often find it easier to build stable and genuine relationships.
According to him, their predictable schedules allow them to spend consistent time with their partners.
In contrast, he said his life as an artiste makes that kind of commitment difficult.
Blaqbonez admitted he struggles to fully commit to one partner, noting that his lifestyle does not support the idea of “fairytale” love. He questioned that ideal altogether, describing it as unrealistic.
He also pointed out that constant disruptions come with fame. Unlike everyday routines, he said, an artiste’s schedule changes frequently, making it harder to maintain balance in relationships.
The rapper added that meeting genuine people is another challenge. He explained that many interactions in his space are often intentional, which makes it difficult to form natural connections.
It is really difficult to find genuine relationship. Being an artiste, everybody you meet engineered themselves to be there to meet you. It is crazy because you supposed to just live and meet random people.
