Etania Reflects on Faith, Says She Is Ready to Go Back to Church
Ugandan DJ and media personality Etania Mutoni, aka the “Life of the Party,” has opened up about her faith, saying she now wants to return to church after years away.
In a candid message, Etania asked followers where they worship, explaining that she feels ready to thank God “in person” and reconnect more deeply.
she said she has always been grateful privately, but now wants to do more, including giving back through tithe.
Her journey, however, has not been simple.
Etania recalled growing up in church with her family but said a painful experience in one congregation pushed her away from organized worship.
“They showed me shege,” she said, explaining why she stayed away for years.
Despite that, she says her faith never faded.
God has proved over and over again that I am His child and He will not forsake me.
Now, Etania says she feels ready to return after finding healing from that experience.
She also thanked God for the blessings she continues to receive.
Her message has since struck a chord online, especially with those who have stepped away from church but kept their faith.
