Suspekt Leizor Dismisses Talk of Sugar Mummy Funding
Ugandan Afrobeats and dancehall artiste Suspekt Leizor has shut down claims that a sugar mummy is behind his music career.
Social media users have been circulating rumors suggesting he relies on outside support to fund his projects.
But during a recent interview on Galaxy FM, the “Nakolamo” singer set the record straight.
He insisted he has never had one and challenged anyone with evidence to speak up.
I have never had a sugar mama. I do not know why people always say I have one. If she is really there, she should come out and speak and disclose if she has ever given me money.
Suspekt Leizor said he has always relied on his own hustle, using the money he earns from his music to support his career.
Asked if he would consider such a relationship, he pointed to what he has seen, saying they often come with a lot of stress.
They [sugar mummies] disturb a lot. I have seen that from people who have been with them.
